The County Director of CIP Dr. Debashish Chanda and the Senior Project Manager Dr. Ebna Habib Md Shofiur Rahaman visited sweetpotato research activities and Bangladesh Agricultural University. This research, funded by CIP, is currently looking at genotype x environment interaction of BARI released sweetpotato varieties. Dr. Arif Hasan Khan Robin, Professor of Genetics and Plant Breeding is implementing this project at BAU. Associate Professor Dr. Jobadatun Naher is working as a co-investigator of BAU chapter.
